As of July 2019, Pental Limited is certified to be operating a quality management system (QMS) which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
What this means is Pental uses QMS in the design, manufacture, warehousing and dispatch of personal care, laundry, household chemicals, and firelighter products. Management of quality system for head office functions including sales and marketing, design and development and human resource are also within the scope of this accreditation.
