Delivery & Shipping
What are your shipping rates within Australia?
We use Australia Post for all as our delivery/shipping.
We offer a flat rate of $12.00 per item.
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
All orders will be shipped next business day and your parcel is expected to arrive within 5-7 business days.
We process orders Monday through to Friday (9am -5pm AEST).
*Please note that delays out of our control may and can be expected during peak sale and holiday periods.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us urgently via email hello@pental.com.au for any queries regarding the cancelling of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order if it has been fulfilled.
Do you offer international shipping?
Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this point in time.
Refunds & Returns
What is your refund policy?
We handle all returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for change of mind.
Faulty Products?
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, we will try and do everything to help resolve the issue.
Please contact us as soon as possible on hello@pental.com.au so we can help rectify the problem. Please note we may need you to take photos and or describe the fault.
If your product is deemed faulty, we will happily replace it with another product (same or similar) or provide you with a full refund to the same method of payment that you made to purchase your products.
